Tig Áine
In 1975 Áine Uí Dhubhshláine and her late husband Mícheál Ó Dubhshláine opened a small café in the townland of An Ghráig, a breathtakingly scenic spot on the Slea Head Drive.
For 50 years Tig Áine “Áine’s House” has been a meeting place where she offers a fáilte romhat to visitors, both strangers and friends; a welcome into her home to eat, have a hot cup of coffee or tea and soak in the Dingle peninsula’s spectacular scenery.
Áine’s granddaughter Nicole Ní Dhubhshláine, and her partner Kyle Macaulay took on the business in 2025, continuing Áine’s vision of celebrating excellent local, seasonal produce and providing good, hearty, nourishing food to every guest. Kyle heads up the kitchen and Nicole looks after our guest in the dining room.
When they're not in the restaurant, Nicole and Kyle are musicians and can often be found performing together throughout the peninsula and on tour across the world with the band Cuas.
We look forward to welcoming you for a bite to eat with friends, some lunch on your journey around Slea Head, or a cup of coffee with a view.
