The Restaurant has been built to minimise its impact on the environment.
The low set traditionall design does not interfere with the views of
the Atlatic coast line and the building uses state of the art sustainable
technology to reduce its energy usage. Solar technology provides all
the hot water, heat exchanges below the floor and on the ventalation
system reduces heat lose and 9% glass on the sunnyside of the restaurant
provides further heat and light. Our policy is to try and reduce the
impact all our activities have upon the environment and all our food
is locally sourced or home grown and all our eggs are from our own hens.
