Tig Áine's cafe offers home made cakes - Áine's famous scones - pancakes, salads and a large selection of beverages, including the home made smoothies. The food is locally sourced and from August through September there are tomatoes, lettuces and grapes from the café gardens. Established over fouteen years ago the traditionally built café commands views across the secluded Traigh Chloichar on the Atlantic seaboard of West Kerry making a perfect break for those engaged on the Slea Head Tour. In summer the walk through glass house displays a riot of colourful flowers and in the winter there is always a roaring fire.
