To Whom it May Concern
Tig Áine Restaurant, Gráig, Dingle, Co. Kerry hosted
our wedding
reception on the 21st of August this year. We were exceptionally
happy with how they organised everything and how smoothly and
efficiently the staff ran everything on the day. We were enormously
impressed at the quality of the delicious meal that Breandán Ó
Dubhshláine the head chef produced, particularly given our tight
budget. We have received endless comments on the exceptionally high
quality of the food and how favourably it compared to the usual
wedding spread. The (often neglected) vegetarians were particularly
happy with the delectable vegetarian green curry. Although we
were
due to have a buffet, the community hall in which we held the dinner
was quite difficult to maneuver around, and Breandán organised
efficient table service on short notice which ran very effectively
and
much more comfortably. All the staff at Tig Áine's restaurant
were
incredibly helpful on the day, but both Áine Uí Dhubhsláine
the
proprietor, and Breandán Ó Dubhshláine the head
chef, were incredibly
accommodating, creative, professional and flexible hosting our perfect
wedding day, for which we will always be grateful.
